This course follows the Finnish Olympic Committee’s quality factors for Children’s physical activity. The goal of these quality factors is to enable every child to have an active lifestyle and the prerequisites to develop into a good athlete.
To reach these goals, you always want cooperation with the instructor, the club and home. The aim is to create an environment where children can develop both physically and socially through sports.
Enthusiasm for Sports = “I want to do it again!”
Physical Capacity = “I was dripping with sweat!”
Versatile Skills = “Look, I learned it!”
Physically Active Lifestyle = “We do this at home too!”
These pillars work together to support children’s physical well-being, promoting healthy growth, development, and lifestyle habits. By focusing on these areas, parents and sports can help children build a strong foundation for lifelong health and wellness.
