Upper Body
- “Butterscotch”
- Everyone lay down all tumbled and grab each others hands or legs. The instructors try pull out pieces from the “butterscotch”. Whoever is gotten out of, joins pulling the others.
- Tug-of-war
Mid Section
- Crab toe
- Touch the opposite foot with your hand while in crab position.
- Side plank
- Top leg touches the floor in the front and behind the body.
- Elbo to the knee pushup
- The elbo touches the knee in pushup position.
