Throwing all kinds of objects is good for a disc golfer. Besides, it’s great for warming up.
Supplies
- A playing area divided into two halves
- Soft, throwable objects. Shuttles from badminton work well, but crumpled newspaper in fruit bags are a great, low-cost alternative.
Preparations
- Divide the players into 2 teams.
- Mark a rectangular field (size depends on the number of players) that is divided into two halves.
- Throw the bags evenly to both sides. Each team is assigned to a side.
Rules
- During the game, both teams try to throw all the bags on their side to the opponent’s side.
- Only one bag is allowed to be held or thrown at a time.
- Throwing methods can vary, e.g. normal throws, forehand throws.
- Play a set time, for example 3 minutes. The team with the least bags on their side wins.
