Warm Up

Warm up is an integral part of all training. Warm up can consist of dynamic warm up exercises, strength and conditioning, warm up games, running games and motor skills drills.

In junior training the games are always group favorites and work like a charm. You should still adopt some of the other types of warm up exercises there too.
